Programme Structure
To achieve this qualification, you need to successfully complete all three courses in order listed below, starting with RES420.
Step One: You must have completed RES420 Fundamentals of Real Estate with all assessments graded ‘Competent’;
Step Two: Submit all assessments for RES421 Law for Real Estate before
Step Three: Enrolling in RES422 Real Estate Sales and Marketing.
Information if paying by student loan
To be eligible to pay your fees via student loan, you need to structure your application for RES420 and RES421 to start two months apart.
Upon successful completion of RES420 and submission of all RES421 assignments, submit your application for enrolment in RES422, which must start in the month following your completion of RES421. The end date of RES422 needs to be within 52 weeks of the start date of your 52-week loan contract (the start date will be when you commenced RES420).
For example, if you enrol for RES420 in August 2019 and RES421 for October 2019 (ends Feb 2020), the last available block to enrol in for RES422 is March 2020 (ends July 2020). If you need assistance please call us on 0508 650 200.
