This programme can only be studied one course at a time in order to build on previous learning.

To achieve this qualification, you need to successfully complete all three courses in the order listed below, starting with RES500.

Step One: You must have submitted all assignments in RES500 Managing People in a Real Estate Context before enrolling in RES501;
Step Two: Submit all assignments in RES501 Supervising Appraisals and Agency Agreements before;
Step Three: Enrolling in RES502 Quality and Compliance.

Information if paying by student loan

To be eligible to pay your fees via student loan, you need to structure your application for RES500 and RES501 to start two months apart.

Upon successful completion of RES500 and submission of all RES501 assignments, submit your application for enrolment in RES502, which must start in the month following your completion of RES501.

The end date of RES502 needs to be within 52 weeks of the start date of your 52-week loan contract (the start date will be when you commenced RES500).

For example, if you enrol for RES500 in August 2021 and RES501 for October 2021 (ends Feb 2022), the last available block to enrol in for RES502 is March 2022 (ends July 2022). If you need assistance, please call us on 0508 650 200.
