Acceptance of study

I understand that once my application is submitted I will be enrolled and will need to pay any required fees. I also confirm that the details I have supplied, particularly my name, date of birth, and any information related to entry into a programme are true and correct. I understand that if material information is withheld or information provided by me is subsequently found to be false or inaccurate, my enrolment may be cancelled and I will be liable for any costs incurred by Open Polytechnic in cancelling my enrolment.
