This online real estate course provides you with knowledge you will require to supervise licensees in the preparation of appraisals, and the preparation and discharge of real estate agreements.

Students who successfully complete this online real estate course will be able to:

  • Explain legislation and industry best practice applicable to inspections and appraisals.
  • Apply supervision skills to ensure licensees complete inspections and appraisals using best practice, consistent with relevant legislation.
  • Evaluate a licensee’s investment analysis of a residential or commercial property.
  • Supervise and support licensees in the preparation and discharge of real estate contracts, including complex sale and purchase agreements.
  • Apply supervision skills to ensure quality and compliance when leasing a property, including complex lease agreements.
  • Describe key legislation and processes that provide support and supervision to property management staff including Tenancy Services and the Tenancy Tribunal and describe how a branch manager would supervise and support a tenancy tribunal case.
