Admittance

You must have completed RES420 Fundamentals of Real Estate with all assessments graded ‘Competent’ and submitted all assessments for RES421 Law for Real Estate Licensees before enrolling in this course, RES422 Real Estate Sales and Marketing.

Students who successfully complete this online course will be able to:

  • Identify a real estate market segment and develop positioning strategies and marketing plans to establish a personal presence in the real estate market
  • Explain the inspection and appraisal process and appraisal methods and apply these to different properties in accordance with industry requirements
  • Explain common methods of sale for real estate
  • Develop a marketing plan, budget and promotional material to market a property and explain how to qualify potential customers and present a property to them
  • Complete an agency agreement
  • Discuss the requirements and responsibilities associated with Sale and Purchase agreements and apply this to a particular scenario.
