The purpose of this online course is for learners to apply knowledge of advanced care and support practice for people with complex needs in a health or wellbeing setting.

Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to:
- Perform routine observations and/or clinical tasks and respond to changes under the delegation of a health professional in a health or wellbeing setting.
- Apply therapeutic strategies that may include medication, pain management and/or other modalities under the delegation of a health professional in a health or wellbeing setting.
- Interpret, implement and evaluate a risk management plan for people with complex needs in accordance with organisational policies and procedures in a health or wellbeing setting.
