This online course will give learners the opportunity to explore and apply the key principles for working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, whānau and/or family, registered health professionals and other colleagues to support complex needs in a health or wellbeing setting.

Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to:
- Explain the important principles of working collaboratively alongside a person with complex needs, their family/whānau and multi-disciplinary team in a health or wellbeing setting.
- Develop the outline of a self-care plan to maintain, enhance and role model personal wellness in a health or wellbeing setting.
- Establish sustainable networks for collaborative support for complex needs in a health or wellbeing setting.
- Describe strategies for managing and mentoring conflict within scope of practice in a health or wellbeing setting.
