In this online Funeral Directing course learners will apply knowledge of health and safety requirements and demonstrate the workshop skills required for casket presentation, in a funeral services setting.

Students who successfully complete this course will be able to:

  • Explain the health and safety requirements and practices when delivering funeral directing services.
  • Prepare caskets for viewing, and burial or cremation, according to client families’ wishes and legislative requirements.
  • Manage personal health and safety when funeral directing.
