This online Funeral Directing course will enable learners to understand and manage the different expectations of diverse cultural groups when conducting funeral services.

Students who successfully complete this course will be able to:

  • Describe the different expectations of diverse cultural groups and the inclusion of Te Tiriti o Waitangi when funeral directing.
  • Apply strategies to support cultural diversity and safety when funeral directing.
