This online course will equip you with the knowledge and skills you will need to: complete preliminary estimates for a medium building; to compile an elemental cost plan for a medium building and to prepare cashflow statements to meet client requirements.

Learners who complete this online course will be able to

  • Complete preliminary elemental estimates and cost plan for a given construction projects.
  • Complete preliminary budgets for a given construction project.
  • Provide a cash flow statement for a given construction project.
