This online course will equip you with the knowledge and skills you will need to build up rates and establish a tender for a medium construction project.

Students who complete this course will be able to (for specialist trades)

  • Measure specific trades 
  • Build up rates for use in a schedule of quantities for the purpose of tendering.
  • Establish profit, overheads and on costs.
  • Provide a tender for a given project.
