The purpose of this online small business course is for you to undertake a viability study to determine if the small business idea will be profitable.

You will identify startup costs and undertake a cost-benefit analysis and identify likely projected costs.

Learners who successfully complete this online course will be able to:

  • Identify estimated startup costs for the small business idea
  • Prepare a cost/benefit analysis to assess the viability of the small business idea
  • Create a budget and cashflow projection
