The purpose of this online business course is for you to undertake a feasibility study to determine if a small business idea has potential to succeed.
You will undertake an environmental scan and identify key factors to determine if your business idea could be successful. You will also gain an understanding of ethical, socially responsible and culturally appropriate work practices.
Students who successfully complete this course will be able to:
- Undertake an environmental scan to assess the feasibility of the small business idea
- Identify critical success factors including ethical and socially responsible work practices for the small business idea
- Assess market positioning to ensure small business feasibility
- Identify marketing opportunities including multicultural considerations
