This online health and wellbeing course examines legislation and policy that affects the lives of disabled people and those who work with them. It will enable you to recognise the frameworks within which you work and will focus on current good practice for effectively working with disabled people.

Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to
- Analyse key policy and legislation by describing how it affects disabled people.
- Critically evaluate the impact of policy and legislation on service design and delivery.
- Evaluate current good practice for service design and delivery and explain how this can be effectively implemented for differing ages, stages, cultures and genders.
