In this online course you will examine models of leadership through case studies to understand best practice in the governance, leadership and management arenas - connecting evidence-based strategies to good service delivery outcomes in a range of contexts.

A key feature of this course will be the ability for you to undertake a project that assists you to reflect on your own leadership style and how this affects service delivery to enhance your leadership capability.
