This course guides you through the experience of undertaking a practicum or internship, in a professional context, with the aim of enhancing your professional skills.
You must have successfully completed either 40 credits at Level 7 in your major subject or five out of the six relevant diploma courses before you can enrol in this course.
For your enrolment to be approved, you must
- Discuss your practicum plans with the Major Leader, who will approve your general practicum area and appoint an academic supervisor. Your academic supervisor will be a lecturer or academic staff member from your major subject area.
- Once you have discussed your practicum plans, the Course Leader will approve your enrolment. This process must be completed four weeks before the start of the trimester. For more information contact us.
