This online course covers the development of communication auditing and planning, the implementation and management of communication and the development and refining of communication policy and systems.
In this online communication management course you will analyse and evaluate the role of communication management in an organisation you have access to and then plan and implement a proposed communication strategy. The organisation you choose to engage with can be your workplace. If you do not have access to your workplace, you will need to engage with an organisation to carry out the assessments within this course.
