Learners who successfully complete this online course will be able to:

  • Solve engineering problems using an engineering maths and analysis package.
  • Develop a program to a specification by devising, coding and testing an algorithm to solve a specified problem.
  • Use software packages, including spreadsheets, and/or discipline specific software to produce engineering solutions.

Assessment

Assessment for this course is:

  • 60% internally assessed
  • 40% examination.
