This online Funeral Directing course will enable learners to understand the grief and loss process as it relates to managing funeral directing services according to bereaved families’ wishes, needs and cultural expectations.

Students who successfully complete this course will be able to:

  • Explain the theories and processes for loss and grief.
  • Respond to grief reactions, when funeral directing, in ways that assist the bereaved.
