This online course covers individual and group behaviour, motivation, leadership, power and politics, and organisational structure, design and culture.

During this course you will look at the theory and research about how people behave at work, and the implications for managing people in organisations.

You will develop the ability to improve organisation performance by applying better management skills and techniques through your increasing understanding of behaviour.  Human behaviour is considered from the perspective of the individual, the group and the organisation.

This course will also give you a strong theoretical base for further, applied studies at Level 7 in the Bachelor of Business programme.
